Jordan Brand widens the horizon for its latest Air Jordan model, the Air Jordan 2011 by revamping it with Hyperfuse technology. Originally a Nike feature, the Hyperfuse is a system that promotes light responsive cushioning allowing less stress foot and smoother ride.
This time, the Air Jordan 2011 receives an enhanced attribute in a black/white combination. The side which is done up in grid-designed panel has the triangular layering of mesh in black plus solid patent toe box. A black grid-patterned midsole completes the pack with additional features such as the Jumpman logo being depicted along the side of the heel and white outer sole. Since limited image has been unleashed yet, we can only reveal limited specs too, but expect more photos as it approaches its official release that will be on July for a retail price of $120. For the meantime, this sole image courtesy of KicksLab will speak partial about the shoe.
Air Jordan(s), also known simply as Jordans, are a brand of shoes and athletic apparel produced by Nike originally designed for and endorsed by former professional NBA basketball player Michael Jordan. The Air Jordan line is now sold by the Jordan Brand subsidiary of Nike. Since its first release in 1985, there have been new designs of the shoe released each year, even after Michael Jordan retired from the NBA.
Collectors classify the Air Jordan line by release year and model: Originals (OG), Retros (shoes that have been recreated for sale to the general public), Retro-pluses (Retro +, Air Jordans that are similar to the Original product, with more up-to-date changes), Player Exclusive (PE, Air Jordans that are exclusive to certain athletes in the realm of sports) and Samples. The Jordan Brand also produces a line of Team shoes, separate from the signature line of Air.
